How payment works

Only payment methods visibly offered in checkout are available. The selected payment provider is identified before order submission and requests authorisation for the checkout total. An order is not accepted until payment is approved and confirmation is issued. A pending bank entry is not always a completed charge.

Card-data protection

The live website uses HTTPS. Where card fields are offered, they are supplied by the payment processor using a provider-hosted or tokenised integration. Full card numbers and security codes are sent directly to that provider and are not stored by Maison Renoir. Maison Renoir remains responsible for the PCI DSS obligations that apply to the selected integration. We retain limited transaction details needed for order processing, refunds, fraud prevention, support and legal records.

Verification

Your provider may require additional authentication. We may pause or decline an order when payment fails, details do not match or automated checks identify unusual risk.

Currency and refunds

The store displays U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Your provider may add conversion or international transaction fees. Taxes and delivery charges collected by us appear before order submission. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible; providers commonly need 5–10 business days to post them after issue.

Protect yourself

• Pay only through the Maison Renoir checkout.
• Never email card numbers, security codes or passwords.
• Check that the address begins with https://maisonrenoir.com/ before signing in or paying.
• Contact us promptly if an order or charge is unfamiliar.
