1. Who we are

This store is operated by MAISON RENOIR LLC, trading as Maison Renoir (“Maison Renoir”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered business address is 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #10527, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, United States. Customer Care can be reached at hello@maisonrenoir.ma. The business address is not a returns address.

2. Website use

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the website only for lawful shopping. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, purchase for unauthorised resale or copy protected content. You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your country.

3. Products and natural materials

Product pages describe the item, available options, price and known specifications. Leather and other natural materials can vary in grain, texture, tone and markings; these characteristics are not necessarily defects. Screen settings and photography can also affect colour. Measurements are approximate. Products are subject to availability, and we will refund any captured amount if an item cannot be supplied.

4. Prices, currency and charges

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the site clearly states another currency. Checkout shows the product total, delivery charge and taxes collected by us before you order. Your payment provider may charge conversion or international transaction fees. Unless checkout says otherwise, the recipient is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes and customs charges.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected goods and authorises the displayed payment. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. We accept the order when payment is approved and we issue confirmation, or when the goods are dispatched for a payment method collected later. We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, sanctions, export restrictions or delivery limitations. Captured amounts for cancelled items will be refunded.

6. Payment

Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available. You must use a method you are authorised to use. Providers may perform authentication and fraud checks or place a temporary authorisation hold. Never send card numbers, security codes or passwords by email or through a contact message.

7. Delivery

Available destinations, services, charges and estimates are shown at checkout and explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Orders are delivered using the services displayed at checkout. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed dates. You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and cooperating with the carrier or customs.

8. Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after recorded delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered and returned with supplied tags, packaging and accessories. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the process, costs and exceptions. Mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods always continue to apply.

9. Care and normal use

Normal wear, creasing, softening, colour transfer and damage caused by overloading, moisture, heat, chemicals, accidents, misuse or unauthorised repair are not manufacturing defects. This does not limit rights for goods that were faulty or not as described when supplied.

10. Intellectual property

The Maison Renoir name, logo, product presentation, photography, website design and text are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the brand or website content.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses suffered by a consumer. We are not liable for delay outside our reasonable control, although mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain available.

12. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first with your order number so we can investigate. This does not remove any right to contact a payment provider, consumer authority or court. These terms are governed by New Mexico law and applicable United States federal law, while consumers elsewhere retain mandatory protections and forums available in their place of residence.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms for future website use and purchases. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
